This thing is great. I bought it while I was in college just for fun, I had a little extra money. I was skeptical at first because it was pretty cheap, I only thought it would last a little bit, but this thing is a TANK. I use it almost every day, it’s super super easy to use, the ice is very consistent and it’s just a cute look! One thing that shocked me is how airtight the cage is. I’ll forget to clean it sometimes and all the ice will melt, but it will never drip out. You take the top part off and throw a towel in it and it’s clean. Super easy. Ive taken it to a few friends grad parties and made snow cones and it just powers through with no problems. You can make about 4-5 snow cones in one go. They recommend not using it for more than 5 minutes consistently but I haven’t hade any issues with that. One issue I continue to run into is the ice won’t push down onto the blades. The first few times it was pretty annoying but I figured out if you just push down on the chamber it works perfectly. But overall the value for the money is amazing. I would’ve guessed it was about $200. Only problem is the ice not pushing down by itself and the fact that it’s a little smaller.

This has been a fantastic addition for our family. The kids love making shaved ice and all of us enjoy eating them. They are so refreshing and the ice can be used in so many different functions. I questioned if this little machine could do the trick, boy was I surprised. It's wonderful. Because it's so cute and we use it so much I just leave it out on the kitchen counter. It is loud, but it makes pretty quick work of shaving the ice, so it's a small price to pay for the enjoyment. Highly recommend. Oh and it saved me so much money from buying vendors shaved ice.

So, I would definitely recommend getting a bag of ice or having crushed ice or even just smaller ice. The big cubes from the fridge just were having a hard time being shaved. You could do it. It's just they didn't fit as well so it wasn't working as nicely. Once we crushed it up just a little bit so they were smaller pieces it worked really well. It is a tad bit on the loud side. I saw that in reviews and figured I'd go with it anyway. My kids had closed their ears anticipation but then they're like oh it's not so bad. So I don't think the sound is that big of a deal. The door is a very tight fit. It took a little bit of tugging to open it. But maybe over time that'll loosen so that's probably a really good idea that it is tight. Very quick and easy to assemble. The little trade just slides onto the side. The top part the piece is fit in together and then it's a safety mechanism it won't turn on until you have everything spun into place. It was pretty easy to clean considering it was just ice and water. We do not put any thing else other than ice in here. We add all of our flavorings after. And honestly it makes a lot more than I thought it was going to. I know it says 20 but holy buckets does this hold a lot of ice. I had waited on this purchase cuz I wasn't sure and then a deal came up and I am very glad that I got it. Guess now the kids's birthday parties and movie nights are going to be extra special. I'm very happy

This really is a great, cool looking shaved ice maker! My girls love it! You do need to make sure you order the flavors you can get three big bottles and they come with a bunch of cups. Note to plastic cups come with this product but they do break easily unfortunately. But in the long run it's not a big deal they don't fit in the holder anyway!

Es prácticamente una pequeña máquina de escarcha / frappe para hacer los famosos raspados y queda bastante bien 👍, tiene pueda presentación con los logos de Coca-Cola es muy funcional , llego bien empaquetado y es buenísimo para sacarlo cuando hay invitados siempre es un buen detalle y muy entretenido.
Incluye dos vasos de plástico y una pequeña pala para extraer el hielo.
El manual dice que no debe ser usado más de 10 minutos que sea de paso es suficiente tiempo para llenarse al tope.
Se recomiendo utilizar hielo rectangular que comúnmente se hacen en el congelador de tu refri, nada de tamaños grandes por qué no funcionará en tu máquina de raspados.

Le doy 4/5 estrellas por que los materiales son bastante frágiles , por lo que tendría cuidado si es usado por niños.

I loved the product when I first received it but unfortunately after a few uses it did not work properly. I asked for a replacement and waited for weeks to hear from the company. When I did hear from them they claimed that they had not got an email from me regarding the product( snow cone machine). We communicated back and forth and eventually my refund was approved. I was told to send it back. Unfortunately I didn’t keep the return label because the machine did work and I didn’t foresee a problem in the future. I asked for a return label three times and haven’t received one yet. The product was a family gift for my 3 grandchildren, Which were very disappointed. I am a pensioner and do not have this kind of money to throw away.
