This works just about the same as the regular Neutrogena cream, spot treatment. However, it has a really strong smell that last all day or tell you wash it off. The smell also gets on whatever it touch like pillow, sheets, and clothes. It’s also visible wherever you put it unlike the cream that disappears when dried. For me, the smell was too much so I stopped using it and will go back to using the cream.

This works very well, but you need to read and follow the directions very carefully. You have to let the contents settle so the clear liquid floats to the top and the pink lotion settles to the bottom. To use it, you stick an applicator through the clear liquid and down into the pink lotion, pull it back out, and then apply it. The sulfa it contains really helps a lot, and I use it on scalp and facial breakouts. It is opaque and pale pink. If I use it on my scalp breakouts, I can brush it out later after it dries, but the coating itself is what heals the acne, so I leave it when possible.
