Maintenance

Each of our Cast Iron Kadais is seasoned by us,with a lot of love and care, so that you can put it to use immediately. After cooking, wash with a mild soap solution using a soft brush and keep on the stove top to bone dry; wipe and give it a thin coat of any vegetable oil. Store carefully away from water. In about a couple of month’s regular use, you might not need to coat it with oil. If you notice rust (which is highly unlikely in well-maintained ones), wash off the rust, apply a healthy coat of vegetable oil and keep on the stove top for about ten minutes on the regular flame. Wipe and store after it cools.

Remember, you will need to replace your non-stick cookware every few years. It is widely accepted that cooking with Cast iron maintains the nutritional property of food.

1st it’s too expensive, it’s came with some sort of coating too hard to get rid off I washed it scrabing with metal mash for 💯 time still that coating was there. I soaked it in hot water and cascade platinum capsule for 2h still some of it there. I bought it for chitoi pitha and but not impressed loge mini wok works same no I would say better and alot more cheaper and made it USA. I don’t recommend it. Just better off with buying loge . It’s too much work to make it work. I wash it for half a day then spray with cooking spray oil heat it on medium until it smoke then cool it off and heat it up again in low for 30 minutes.and then wipe off the spray oil and make my chitoi pitha. It’s worked but too much work to make it work after paying 85$ not worth of it just better off buying loge mini wok.

Kadhai is good and heavy.
Size is perfect as expected.
Sufficient for 2 to 3 people's sabji.
Good for frying.
The food doesn't stick to kadhai, easily cleans up.
Costly product but good quality.
