I got this to keep in the car in case of emergency, and to top up my tires occasionally. Bought it in April 2019 and as of November 2020 the plastic clamp arm has broken. I used it only a handful of times to top of my tires. I knew it was cheaply made, so I was careful not to run it too long or be too hard on it. Just after thinking I might have gotten some actual value from getting a cheaper pump, the clamp arm on the filler head broke off while trying to remove it from the valve stem. Luckily I was able to unjam the filler head before all of the air leaked out, but it looks like the plastic had a bubble in it where it broke, so I'm surprised it didn't break sooner.The PSI readout from never accurate, it was always about 2 PSI higher than according to every other air gauge I have. You have to push the power button on, off, then on again for it to start the first fill every time you plug it in. It will get toasty after filling up 4 tires about 5 PSI each, so certainly let it rest if you have to fill a whole tire or a few more than that.The bottom line is this should be only used for emergencies, but after failing after such light use I have a hard time recommending it even for that. If I was on the side of the road and the same thing happened but I couldn't unjam it from the valve stem, it could've just made things worse. I'd spend a little more money on something more reliable rather than gamble on this.---UPDATE (Dec 2020) - After posting the above review and also emailing Helteko support, I was sent another unit after submitting my order number and a photo of the broken clamp arm to their support. To my pleasant surprise, the new unit comes with a metal clamp arm instead of plastic, thus correcting for the issue that allowed my original unit to become inoperable in the first place. Please see the new picture (the third one) I added to the review to see the changed clamp arm on the new unit.However, please note that I can't be sure that all units come with a metal clamp arm, especially since all of the photos on the listing still show the unit having a plastic one. At the very least though, if your unit's plastic clamp arm breaks within the warranty period of 3 years, it seems they'll send you an upgraded replacement unit.Lastly, while their support was quick to respond and get me another unit sent out, they also emailed me daily for over a week to please try out the new unit and most importantly to update my original review. Having worked for a retailer that lived and died by the reviews on their listing, I can understand trying to follow up numerous times, but daily for over a week is a bit much, in my opinion. Apparently it worked though as here I am updating this review.While I haven't had a chance to test the new unit, it appears materially exactly the same as my previous one save for the now-metal clamp arm. So all of my other criticisms in my original review should still apply, so keep those in mind when you're considering purchasing this $30 air compressor.
