Falling apart straight out of the package!
I just received my personalized pillow today. I took it out of the package and it has pieces falling off leaving spots missing and the picture doesn’t look good at all!!! This was a special Christmas present for my parents that is now useless. I can’t return it because it was personalized so it was a huge waste of money and I have to rush to find something else for them. Do not buy this pillow case unless you want to throw away your money!Update:I reached out to the seller requesting a refund and sent them the pictures. They quickly messaged back and gave a full refund including shipping. So although I’m not happy with the quality of the item, their customer service is quick and fair so I’m adjusting my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

If you are looking for a quality cushion cover, GO GET IT SOMEWHERE ELSE! Here are the reasons why!
First of all, it took forever to arrive, delays made it a full 14 day journey. Thank god I ordered it way before I need to gift it.
Lots of lots of white spots between sequins!!!! which does not exist in my photo. I believe it’s from the printing gap. It get even more obvious when I put the filler in. It make the cushion looks very poorly made! I want to love this so much. But I can’t!
They edited my picture without my approval! I purposely put a frame around the photo so the photo would be more in the center, and the faces would be shown better when the cushion is puffed up with the filling. I can’t believe they cropped the frame without ever contacting me! My friends faces are on the edge of the pictures now, it’s hard to see everyone face!
The zip is horrible! Lots of loose threads along the zip, I struggled to open the zip to put the filling in. Once closed, I wouldn’t dare to open it again. I don’t think it will open all the way, and I’m sure it won’t close with another few minutes of struggle and tired fingers!
Poor quality on the back! It’s boringly white and it feels like it cheap nylon.
I was so excited to order this for my friends birthday. I will still give this to her as a gift.

I took the photo that was provided to me from a friend's engagement party invitation. It was a cute photo of the engaged couple in a tropical setting.
The photo that came on the pillow case was very clear and of excellent quality. I bought a pillow filling for the case and gave it to the bride to be at her party. This was a group of very wealthy people and my pillow was by far the least expensive gift and yet it was the hit of the party!
Perfect for so many gift-giving occasions. Lots of fun!
