Quality product
Very pleased thus far. Amazon delivery was fast and generator was undamaged. Have run the 5-hours run-in period and changed oil as instructed. Plugged in several devices during run-in as instructed and this generator took them all no problem. As you can see I opted to install casters in lieu if the supplied wheels. I am older and have a bad back so easy maneuverability is a must for me. The frame has two plates already configured for this so thought why not. But don't take this to mean supplied 2-wheel option is difficult. I have used these before and they are fine and in fact have some advantages over my 4-casters. My planned use is for emergency home back-up power vs. say construction job site. My only gripe is with the oil (add, check, drain). With a little engineering design these functions could be made much easier for user. This seems to be consistent with all Mfg brands however so not picking on Champion. Noise level is actually pretty good for a generator this size. Advertised as 68-db . I did not measure but my guess is spot on. I also like the hour meter to keep track of usage. I plan to only use on propane so have not used with gas yet. Obviously in emergency would use gas if propane not available. Run time seems to be as advertised as well. Using a gauge with a new 20-lb tank for 5-hours it would appear I have used approximately 1/2 tank.So bottom line I highly recommend this unit.
