It does what it says tame frizz, hydrate your frizzy ends and makes your hair feel softer. However it claims that it makes your hair super glossy, and it does not, like yes it makes it softer but my hair isn’t super shiny or anything like that.
I took one star because I don’t like how after each use your hands are covered in glitter. The glitter does comes off easily after you wash your hands with soap but you have to do it right away before you get glitter absolutely everywhere.

I have fine, color treated, fuzzy hair.
