I've had body acne for years!!! I've tried all the body wash products MURAD, OXY, Neutrogena.. And i found that almost none of them were effective..... After years and years i finally found what the problem was... It was my laundry detergent! I went ahead and bought new laundry detergent it was called Tide Free and gentle for senstive skin.. And it cleared me up within weeks! After figuring out that it was my laundry detergent that was causing my body acne especially my back acne i tried to get rid of body wash to save money.. Acne came back!!! So i realize that I needed acne body wash... plus senstive skin laundry detergent and AHA lotion to keep my skin clear.

Anyways i found that all of the bodywash work the same! I like Neurogena and Phisoderm the best... But since Phisoderm is cheaper and has the same ingredients as the Neutrogena body wash I prefer Phisoderm better... Added to that PHISODERM smells better and they've also added the extra Vitamin E, Aloe & Chamomil. So PHISODERM is the winner for me! Neutrogena smelled like chemicals too me! They had the grapefruit too but im a guy!

So if you've suffered from body acne for years and tried all the products try looking at your laundry detergent too..... That might be the cause. My current regimen right now is Tide Free and Gentle to wash my clothes with... I also sleep shirtless... Then i use PHISODERM for my body wash and AM LACTIN (AHA) as my lotion/moisturizer.. So far no break outs just little blemishes here and there nothing serious.

I've given this product a full five stars because its cheaper! its effective and the smell is just really good! With the added Vitamin E, Aloe & Chamomile! This is definately work five stars! salicylic acid and ph balanced! i love this product

Since high school, I have had a lot of trouble fighting acne on my back (and sometimes chest would break out too). I went to the doctors and they would prescribe me with all types of lotions, body washes, etc. And nothing seemed to clear it up. After going through the years of being too embarrassed to wear tanktops, summer dresses, etc. I decided to stop going to the doctors and try and find something that will ACTUALLY work. At first I tried looking up ProActiv body wash, but when I saw how much money it cost I knew there was no way I would be able to afford that (I'm a college student trying to pay back my loans etc). When I found this, I wasn't too sure it would work. I read a lot of reviews on it and got worried that my back would break out more or nothing would help. But I am really glad I took the risk. After paying what was not even a lot of money and was a deal (comes with 3 bottles) my back cleared up within the next two weeks. I was seriously amazed and I haven't felt this comfortable in my skin in forever. I used it every single time I showered (which is almost every day) and my back looks amazing. My sister has even complimented on it saying that she wants to buy it for her husband because he fights the same trouble of back-acne. If I do break out, which is RARELY, it's like ONE TINY blemish/pimple, but goes away literally within that week. THis product is serious excellent and really does work. It also smells really nice and leaves your skin feeling clean and soft. Definitley a buy.

I use this on my shoulders, back, and chest during every shower to treat and prevent acne. I've been using it for around two months now. I had angry, fresh acne on my shoulders when I first began using it, and I saw improvement within a week of use. Now all of the angry acne is gone, and all that's left are the small, less noticeable red bumps that seem to stay no matter what. No new pimples have shown up in any of the places I've been using the wash, and the old stuff seems to be fading a little bit every day.

What really surprised me when I first used this was the texture of the wash. It's very oily and it does not lather or soap up like most other washes. This somewhat turned me off at first, but now I am used to it and it feels nice on my skin. It also has a very neutral, quiet smell that doesn't seem to hang around after you've rinsed it off.

As I said, I've been using it almost every day for two months, and I've only used a very small portion of the bottle. A half a tbsp amount is plenty for my back, shoulders, chest, and neck. I think that the bottle will last a long time, making this a very good product for the price.

I switched to this after reading a review that this worked better for the reviewer than the OxyClean. Considering I had a bad experience with the OxyClean, I thought I would give this a shot.

I will give it props--it definitely did not make me break out worse like the OxyClean did. It also reduced the size of the back acne pimples that the OxyClean had produced. It basically put me back in the position I started before using the OxyClean.

I gave it a good, long use after the benefits had kicked in but that was as far as it got--the position I was originally in. I should be happy that it's just sporadic and small but I can feel it on my shirt and I don't like it.

I read a Men's Health article and thought that even though I'm not a man I might try their suggestions. I am now using
St. Ives Body Wash Purifying Sea Salt Exfoliating Body Wash in combination with a back brush (you know, to really get it in there). I bought a different brush to make sure there was no transfer of the original bacteria. I also am using
Clearasil Tinted Cream on my back to see if I can just eradicate whatever is in there.
