We had a heck of a time finding a helmet fit for our little guy that’d fit his small head. He started needing a helmet at 11 months because he was wildly active and a a crazy kid on his ride on car outside and then by 13 months walking his strider around. We wanted to always have him in a helmet so he just knew bikes and helmets just go together. This one was the ticket to fit his tiny 6th percentile head. And it will last for a long time with all the size adjustments it allows.

We received the helmet without any padding to attach to the inside of the helmet. The inside of the helmet has all the scratchy Velcro attachment points but no padding came to attach it too. My toddler can’t wear this and it’s extremely disappointing after the wait window.

After my son was pinched by the unwieldy magnetic closure for the umpteenth time, I realized this helmet had to go. The magnetic closure snaps into place way TOO well, so it often catches a chunk of flesh with it. Then it’s difficult to unlatch, so while you’re fussing with it, your child is screaming in pain. Save your child a world of suffering by purchasing a different helmet.
