I only needed a little bit so I went with a cheap option. The adhesion is pretty strong but over only a little bit of time it kind of deteriorates as well as the foam. I wouldn't recommend this if it is near any moving parts and to use this where it won't move or get touched by anything else. I found myself having to redo it over time as the edges started to peel off if they are bothered at all. Not great for any curves or contours if it will be touched.
