I also like how on the pages you write your thoughts down on, they are double sided so you can continue on the back side. I also love the prompts as they are short and sweet and to the point but also gets your mind thinking and gets you to open up.
Highly recommend this journal to anyone, even if they're not going through depression or anything, it's still a wonderful additive to have to get your thought written down and thrown away!
