What perfect baking pans for my air fryer / toaster oven! I've been looking for some good quality ones that will withstand regular use, cook evenly, wash easily, won't warp, and most importantly, fit my air fryer. I have an oven style one that opens with a drop down door and finding decent pans for it that maximize the space is sometimes a challenge.These '12.8"' pans measure accurately along the length, and are 8.9" across the width. I always worry that the measurements given in a listing may be taken from the base and don't account for the slight flare at the top, or handles as with baking and casserole dishes.. The measurements given here are from the top.And these bake beautifully. I gave them a test run on a couple of cookies. So perfectly cooked and even, no burning, no warping of the pan. These pans are heavy and rigid and I have every confidence cooking almost anything on them, from a long, slow roast, to quick, high heat for crispy fries. Even sticky caramel from my chocolate chip and salted caramel cookies washed off like a dream with no need for scrubbing or soaking.So glad to have two of these for my air fryer. Highly, highly recommend!
