Yep! I highly recommend it.
However, it is not the most meticulously edited book. There are many typos, grammatical errors and discrepancies in information. For example in one part of the book it says to avoid oranges and grapefruits and then in another part it says eat citrus fruit. Likewise, in one part it says avoid glutinous foods like wheat, barley, oats, and spelt, but in another part it says to eat whole grains and gives whole wheat as an example.
So, I would recommend supplementing this book with other gallbladder books to verify some information. I decided to buy this one and get other books from the library to corroborate with. Like I said, I really wanted the yoga portion which this book contains.
Another great thing is that this book is short. It gets you the information you need without a lot of filler so when you’re in pain and being pressured to remove your gallbladder, you don’t have to wade through hundreds of pages, you can read this book in a day.
I also love having the kindle version as well, so I can refer to it on the go.
There are a few contradictions in the book. Never relay on one source and always consult with your physician.
