These sieves are perfect for my baking needs. I mill my own grains and for bread I use organic hard red, hard white, and soft white wheat. Makes great bread, but if you want a delicate white bread you need to sift the flour with a fine sieve. Does a fabulous job for making a cake flour or for baking soft, tender Southern style biscuits. Biscuits that are beautiful and tasty and don’t resemble a hockey puck. Highly recommended.

Light weight so hand and arm fatigue is minimal to non-existent{compared to hand crank or finger pulling}. does what it is supposed to do, sift small from large with a specific mesh rating vs others with ambiguous "fine mesh". "Just what gramma used" is ok, if your intent is to showcase nostalgia, but if, as I, old{or young} arthritic hands and fingers are being used this is the device to use
