Product was shipped on time, and is easy to pair with phone. Have not talked on it yet, but music sound is great. Is light weight and not uncomfortable to wear. Highly recommend. And price was great.
Update.....made 3 phone calls on this today, when talking, I have the ear bud facing forward, and not down, and the person I was talking to, had no problem hearing me, and I had no problem hearing them. This thin is awesome.

I like the price and how easy it is to use. I use it all the time specially when I am driving my car. This way you don't have to pick up your cellphone when you driving and it could save you a ticket when you driving your car

Battery life is good. I use it all day for speaking on the phone, so that I may continue with life while answering calls, & man! No charging necessary for days!
Nice soft silicone in ear plug.
Buuuttt, as you can see, I removed the hook, & ordered silicone replacements.
The original hook is too narrow in diameter, so my poor ear was soo sore!
If it were a truly circular shape, rather than more oval & narrow, it would have been fine!
Oh, the range is crappy. I stand 20 or so feet from the phone & the sound of the call I am on is staticky & very poor, & the other party cannot hear me well.
So just stay near the phone when on a call!

I think the pictures speak for themselves. The volume button was missing. There is a crack on the side. The entire top was lifting off. The earpiece had this nasty yellow-brown build upon it and on top of all of that, I still tried to charge it to see if it would work.......um no. It went from the red to blue light indicating it was fully charging but it would never connect to anything. I couldn't even get anything to acknowledge that it was there. It claimed it came with the box and everything. The "everything" it came with was a thin plastic piece that clipped on the headset to go around your ear and one silicone tip that also had a yellow build upon it. (I assume ear wax 🤢) BUT it did come with the instructions so I did *appreciate* that. All in all, I don't care how inexpensive it was, this was the most disgusting and utterly disappointing purchase I have ever gotten from here. When I learned of all of these flaws I returned it no more than 3 or 4 days later. Mind you this was the end of August 2021 and Now here we are in December 2021 and I have still yet to receive a refund. I gave them 3 1/2 months to contact me or correct the issue but to no avail. So here is my review and opinion, do with it as you wish.
