I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about this instant coffee. I do not drink any coffee black. I have to have creamer in my coffee. A little goes a long way. For a 16 oz bottle of water, I put 2 teaspoons full. It was strong enough for me. With the creamer, it had a good flavor. After shaking it up for a little bit, it mixed well. It definitely helps with digestion. I bought it on sale and fell like it was worth the money. I would buy it again.

I loved this coffee substitute while I was using it. The taste was so smooth and creamy, and didn't burn my stomach like regular coffee did. It was an excellent tool in helping me cut out coffee and excess amounts of caffeine. I have now been coffee free for almost a year, and feel great!

But.... then they changed their packaging to a bag. If I had known, I would have kept the old container to refill. This new bag is less convenient to travel with, I feel like it doesn't always seal up tight, and it's messy when preparing a cup - (when reaching into the bag it gets all over my hands, and product is wasted)

From a company standpoint, the bag might be more cost effective to use, but it would be great if they could provide a refillable screw-top container.

I might be silly to knock off stars for something so silly as packaging... but that's just my opinion.

I did have an issue with my bag not containing a measuring scoop, but I reached out to the company and they took care of it straight away! I was very impressed with the customer service! So I just got the product today. Used a teaspoon to make a serving of coffee. 1 teaspoon per 8oz of water. Left room for oat milk creamer.

Highlights:
- does not come with a scoop
- on its own, although it is a medium roast, it is bitter.
- can make the “dalgona coffee” trend
- not gritty, tastes like real coffee, not earthy

Overall not sure about the benefits as of yet because I just got it. But it gets 4 stars off taste alone. Most instant coffees are disgusting to me, even after adding creamer.
