This book is amazing. It's very helpful to journal and it's very helpful to jot down what we are grateful for each day. This book emphasizes both of these tasks and thanks to all the positive quotes inside and the helpful reading in addition to the journal part, it's easy to transform your mind and get up every morning being grateful for another brand new day!

Some people may think journaling is corny, but it was a required assignment for me in middle school. Little did I know, that being taught how to express my daily feelings on paper, would come back to me in this wonderful journal by Kristen. This book gives you tools on journaling daily in 3 short minutes. Do yourself a service and buy this journal! And don’t stop there, grab her book The Comfort Zone!

At first, I thought it was just a worthless money maker workbook. But I forced myself to actually start journaling in the book every day and I can honestly say, it is changing my life, my health, and how I feel every day. It very much relieves stress and very much boosts my energy and desire to enjoy life, socialize, do something new and to be grateful. This process of thinking positively is changing my physical body and health and sleep! A surprise.. So I feel physically and mentally better. Give it a try.

I bought this book but didn't end up doing anything with it until I got to a place of severe depression. This book helped me stay grounded when I had no one to talk to, morning and evening prompts kept me focused on the positive things I was missing in my life at the time. I love this book!

This journal has been just what I need everyday to reflect to get organized with my feelings, thoughts.
If have one request it will be that the author writes more for Us! :)
I recommend it for easy use emphasis on positive daily use.

This journal leaves me much more uplifted and positive in my every day life. I am so much happier when I write, repeat, and believe my affirmations, write all that I am grateful for, and read the positive quotes. I love the accomplishments section you! It’s uplifting for me!

I have so many things underlined, highlighted and dog eared in this book!!! Everything is written so simply that I've had countless light bulb or ah ha moments. This book has helped me to find something positve in everyday, something to to be grateful for everyday and it has helped me chase things I've been working towards for a long time by turning them into affirmations that are meaningful and attainable by ME. I was in a dark place and this has helped me re- light my flame and believe in the goodness within myself again. I'm making time for me everyday and reflecting on what I want, what makes me happy and where I want to be. Absolutely life changing!!!

This has made such a difference to my daily routine. Love the daily quotes, check-ins and evening reflections.
