The battery life is bad. If I got 3 days out of it that was good. You can not talk to a live support person. You have to email and wait. Would tell
Me my dog was near my
Neighbors house when in fact he was 10 feet from me. Told Me he was without an owner when in fact he was near me. I would pull up the map and if showed him outside the containment area when he was 10 feet from me. I would not recommend his to anyone especially at the price it is.

I know your considered the best collar for dog tracking but I think I'd rather just buy an apple watch or something similar cause there a third the size and it would actually work for my small dog. How do you expect something that size to fit on a 6lbs dog the kind of dog that gets lost the easiest and is the hardest to find and most likely to be stolen.

Got as a gift, App refuses to connect to collar . Spent 4 hours trying everything. Reset base, reinstalled app , deleted profile and reentered . Btw there is NO Tech support at all, so you are on your own if it dont work. Total waste of time and money. Having buyer return it and getting a real gps collar.

Does not work well and support is virtually non-existent. Agents and company are rude and unhelpful. Was not even worth the time to buy and return.
