I received this vacuum cleaner a week ago and it didn't work. The charging light came on for a few seconds and then turned off. It would not charge. Normally I would return a defective product but I decided to contact the seller to see if I was doing something wrong.
They responded by requesting a video of the problem and sending me a replacement item. They did not want the old one back. I received the replacement two days ago and it works perfectly. So five stars for customer service.
It's a real vacuum cleaner with the attachments and features you would expect. There's a main body containing the battery, electronics, motor, and fan. It has a USB-C port in the base for recharging. It also has the on/off button and two power levels.
The dust collection chamber and filter clips onto the front and the nozzle attaches to that. There is a flap at the front of the dust collection chamber to prevent dirt from escaping until you want to empty it. You can pull the filter out to empty the dust and clean everything. The filter has a large surface area to improve air flow. The nozzle has a retractable soft end that exposes a crevice tool. It can fit into gaps that are an inch or more wide.
There is also a blower nozzle that fits over the USB port in the base. If you remove the dust chamber, the blast of air coming out is useful for cleaning keyboards and also for blowing dirt from tight spaces to more open spaces that you can get the vacuum to. I used it to blow dirt from between the seat and the door of my car onto the floor mat, where I could vacuum it up.
It took about 4 hours to fully charge (it ships discharged) on a dedicated USB charging block. So far I have cleaned two cars and two office desks with it. It does not have an indication of the remaining charge so I don't know how long a charge lasts.
My only concern is that I will lose the blower nozzle. There's nowhere to put it while I'm charging. I might 3D print a wall mount and include a way to store the nozzle. On the other hand the box it ships in is very suitable for storage so I might just use that.
Update: I went ahead and 3D printed a wall mount. You can see it in the photo.

I have a cordless vacuum but always felt it’s heavy to lift and hold for cleaning tables and shelves. This little vacuum is obviously not heavy duty but it’s smaller and lighter, good for those use cases and light cleaning car interiors. The only good vacuum is the one that you’ll actually pick up and use.
I thought the blower feature was gimmick but it actually turned out pretty neat on small gaps. I don’t think it’s strong enough to use on keyboards.
4 stars because it’s pricey when not on sale.

I recently received the Mini Vacuum Cleaner and I have to say, I'm really impressed with its performance! This little gadget is perfect for cleaning my car, especially those hard-to-reach areas that are impossible to clean with a regular vacuum.
What I love most about this Mini Vacuum Cleaner is its compact size. It's small enough to fit in the glove compartment of my car, which makes it incredibly convenient to use on the go. Excellent small vacuum, great customer service

This is a very good vacuum for small cars, with a strong suction capability. I was surprised, since it is so quiet, that it picked up so much dirt - even pine needles! Just be sure to hold down the power button (the lower button) for a couple of seconds to get the vac to power on. The top button is a toggle for high or low suction. Mine worked very well on low suction, even picking up pine needles, before I figured out that the top button switched the vac to high suction. (I did not find mention of the high/low button in the user manual.) The first machine I received did not work, no matter how much I manipulated the power on/off button, so I returned it and got a replacement within a couple of days and a very nice email from Basseus's customer service notifying me to contact them directly if I had any further problems. Great customer service!
