One of the best!
This is going to sound ridiculous, but I bought 4 neck fans at one time. I tried each one and this one is my favorite. That's why I drew stars on it, to remind myself which one to use. I recommend it if you're not satisfied with any that you already have.

My teenage son works at a large local grocery store, lately the heat here in Texas has been in triple digits, add on the sweltering humidity and being outdoors feels like a literal inferno. Unfortunately for him, he is the one responsible for the parking lot, returning all the baskets etc, outside for hours. I saw this fan here on Amazon and decided it can only help. This tiny fan fits around his neck much like a stylish pair of headphones. It is not heavy or very loud and it actually has three different speeds which for the price is pretty impressive. It throws off a good amount of air, and holds its charge his entire shift which is usually 4-5 hours with charge left over. He has had it a few weeks now using it every shift multiple days a week and it has held up great so far. We ordered the green, visually this fan does not look cheap, it’s sleek and he is not embarrassed to wear it which I was a little nervous about initially. Being a young man there are a few things he refuses to wear, took me a week to convince him to wear a cooling bucket hat lol but this was an easier sway. The one and only con is it is so hard to find the little charger port and the “on” button if your not familiar with it, sometimes he forgets to put it on charge so I go to do it and I’m looking for it quite a bit before I find it, but my son would just tell you that’s only because I’m OLD (insert facepalm here lol) in conclusion I would repurchase this, adding this to his mounds of sunscreen he practically bathes in, bucket hat he finally realized DOES serve a purpose, sunglasses, UV protected long sleeve shirt and his huge insulated water jug on hand, he is as protected and cooled off as he is going to get down here in this Southeast Texas summer heat and I’m a little more comfortable as his mom knowing he isn’t going to suffer heat stroke.
