For reference, I am a 5'7" and 170 pounds female. I'm 44, 42, 45. I usually wear an XL in tops. I don't like things too tight or too loose. That is why I order these Adidas jackets in men's sizes and not wormen's...the women's are SUPER small. So I ordered this jacket in XL. It is a little too big, I will have to return it and order a L. Interestingly, I have the men's black Adidas jacket with the 3 white stripes on the arms, and the XL fits me very well, which is why I ordered this all black one in XL. Therefore I would say that this all black jacket runs a little big. It is a very nicely made jacket though.

I actually bought this for myself because I tend to wear very baggy track jackets etc but it was just too tall for me. I could have gotten away with it being oversized but yeah, it just didn't work. Luckily my hubby can wear it. He's 6'3" and a bit stocky. For the price I would say it was a good deal. I paid $60 or thereabouts. For an Adidas item that seems pretty reasonable.

It's great that the sleeves are long enough for an actual tall person and the body of the garment is long enough. When some companies have TALL sizes they aren't always as tall as you would like them to be. Sometimes it's hard to find the size chart for their products though. That goes for the other brands out there too. He can wear it golfing.
