This chair is a must have item during the winter ❄️. It warm and comfortable. Another thing I love about the chair is the location of the cup holder and the pivoting support under the chair to keep it from sinking

Dissatisfied with product overall

I only had the chair for a few month. When I went I go use the heat feature it was not working. After reviewing it the wires were separated from the chair. They only give you a 30 day window of return and would not replace the chair. The bag that the chair came in ripped tore after first use at the bottom not holding the chair anymore. Although the chair was comfortable to sit in, it is not easy to fold up.
