Ingrid Nichter

About the author

Ingrid Nichter grew up in the Garden State (which is an infinitely cooler way of saying “New Jersey.”) As a child, she read the entire Hardy Boys series and penned highly derivative short stories about sleuths and their chums. Somewhere around the fourth grade she transitioned into more original fantasy stories about unicorns, potted plants, and time travel. Currently, she resides in New York’s Hudson Valley in an old purple house she shares with one other human and a black and white (like a cow) cat, both of whom love sardines. Ingrid has no idea if she likes sardines—she can’t bring herself to get past the smell and actually taste one. “Love, Art, and Ham Sandwiches” is her first published novel. It does not contain a single sardine.
