Only downside is they started rusting immediately. You get what you pay for. They still work and work very well for fruit and vegetables. I use this to trim meat and use it for cooked steaks as well. I will definitely get more of these little knifes, they’re very sharp and sturdy enough for everyday use.
Like I mentioned , VERY SHARP! Don’t let kids handle them!
As soon as I got the package I opened it took one out and tried it on the brown thick envelope they came in and it went thru it like butter. They come with the guards to put on them while they’re in your drawer and I find that extremely useful.
I don’t put any of my sharper knives in the dishwasher because it dulls the blade but that’s up to you.
