I only wish this came with instructions for setup and use, for a first time embosser user it took a bit of work to set it up and figure it out.It came packaged well, and is very sturdy and good quality. We love using it now that it's set up! You do have to push very hard, and it is slightly uneven. The lines closest to the center of the embosser raise higher than the others because of how pressure is applied- we could be using it wrong, but this is how it has worked for us.
