    I was already on the lookout for a tool like this because I had been using my seam rippers to help feed fabric in delicate or precise areas and wanted something a little safer when this fantastic product popped up on my feed! With no hesitation I purchased the 5 color set and, unlike many other purchases I get from random sellers on Amazon, I was NOT disappointed when it arrived. These tools are exactly as shown and so handy for so many things. Besides threading and feeding fabrics, the flat edge is 1/4” and it has proven very useful when sewing certain things such as flat felled seams or topstitching since one of the down falls of my machine is the markings on the needle plate are quite a ways away from the needle itself. Another great feature is the curve of the front with the tip thinner for more accurate feeding. I’m able to hold a spot all of the way to the needle without disrupting the presser foot.These little beauties are well made and I use them constantly! Even the case that comes with them is nice and sturdy. I wouldn’t change a single thing because they are perfect.

I use it to turn things "right side out" and for running elastic through casings. I also used it to hold something in place while I was hot-glueing something so I didn't get burned.     Friends have said, "Get one of these, they're great!" So, having used a metal stiletto for many years, I finally broke down and bought a set of these because the price was so modest.
    It works fine and I like it, but I like my stiletto better. The only problem is that this "thang" is plastic and will eventually bend too much or break. I'm sure it will take a while before that happens but my metal stiletto works just a little bit better and will last much longer, I've had it for at least 10 years already.
    Would I recommend that people buy it? Sure! It's a very useful tool, especially for delicate fabrics if you don't already have something like a stiletto. And it's probably a little better for delicates than the stiletto anyway. It all boils down to personal preference. So as long as the price is right, why not?
