- I am 200lbs and I was able to hang on the mounts 30seconds without any issues, so as long as you mount them tight on a solid studs, it will sure carry your kayak life long!!!!

These mounts are worry free, I had a lot of doubt and questions if they would be able to handle the weight or made well or even had hard time trusting the walls. After getting one and installing it on the studs as it has been advised in the manual, the solidity of the product was impressive.

I would highly recommend this kayak wall mount rack, I usually like to pay once and have it long time when I purchase things like that.

All kidding aside I did try a few different kayak holders and these overall were more durable they were cleaner looking. They don't stand out where they are placed. Colors are nice and clean and blend in. and really help to place your kayak safely. They are more durable than I would think and haven't had them fall yet. I do use the correct areas to drill too of course (NOT DRY WALL without support beam.) Truly they are a little hard to strap from the top. I do wish the strap was a little longer. I'm not going to knock a star for it, BUT, it is a little complex to get the strap placed from the top because of the shortness. I do wish that was longer. But it is durable strong and great. Also wish there was a way to connect these to a diagnol support beam. I currently do have them on a diagnol beam but it isn't done fully correct, SOOO I wish they had an adapter to give it the ability to use on a diagnol beam. Definitely safe durable and worth it over other holders in my opinion. But at the end of the day it is all for your needs! -Roxwell Z

Overall it is stable enough for my 11 ft 7 inch kayak. Rated at 77lbs it is not going anywhere on this wall. I highly suggest you measure and few times before drilling. Also the 3/16 drilling bit is inaccurate for the plastic sockets to fit and will definitely need to be a bit bigger on the bit. Overall I’m satisfied and only time will tell if the install was correct.

These, at more than twice the price are very well engineered and look like they will last well. I fixed each to the concrete block wall using two 100mm M6 concrete screws (thunderbolts). All very satisfactory and I can finally reseed the grass underneath.

Update after 8 months. Still happy but rusting a bit. Needs plugs to seal unused fixing holes and a drain hole.

These brackets are supreme! I myself may have gone a tad overkill as they have got a weight capacity of 46kg I actually bought them to hang & store a 10'6 paddleboard weighing in at just over 10kg.
