Muddy Buddies-AKA Puppy Chow, is one of my favorite snacks. But, the store bought stuff is Full of Sugar. I'm not going to give you the recipe, because they're all over the internet. Check out the recipes for "Muddy Buddy Popcorn" It's Yummy!

This can be used in anything, one to one that regular powdered sugar is used in. It can also be used in recipes you would think powdered sugar would traditionally be in. For instance, I discovered that this works best in my "Sugar Free No Churn" Ice Cream. Why is that important? Because it adds more creaminess to the flavor. When you have a quick no churn ice cream, you want it as creamy as possible. At least you want it to taste as creamy as possible.

This also makes great icing and that's probably the most common reason people buy these products.

Most of the time, Swerve granular tastes and performs very well. I find the list of ingredients changes so often that I cannot know for sure if it is compliant with my diet. Frustrating!!
I also dont like the small pkgs. A 5# or larger bag would be nice. I have to buy 3-5 bags for 1 weekend’s worth of baking.
