    Works well for measuring meat temperature. Do you really need an instantaneous thermometer for meat? The advantage is a shorter time to have the grill lid open. Honestly 3s is rather quick. If the temp is high it can take a little longer than 3s but not much. Probably the hardest thing to do is get the probe tip in the middle of the meat.

    Thermometer is easy to use, easy to clean. The tip is really sharp so the storage in the main body is very nice.
