Connecting the watch is itself not a hassle. But the Buddy app has no help or anything to assist when things go wrong in connection or setup. We are using a Jio 4g sim and on phone, data and calls work perfectly. But using the same sim in watch, the watch says "check network connection". Incoming calls are getting auto rejected with "the number you're trying to reach is busy". Video calls don't go through even after pairing. But due to some miracle, outgoing calls work!! And God save the GPS.......it is showing location some 8 kms away from our house even when the watch is in my hand, lol! Expecting it to track a kid's location is probably a fantasy. Utter waste of money.
