No issues with cleanliness or sharp edges. I got the mini. Big enough for 6 or so small pills. The caribeaner clip is very small. Too small for any of my keychains. However it came with a very small keychain ring that you can clip onto your big keychain and then easily clip the pill holder to it.

Description says all stainless steel construction. That's false. It's aluminum.
