So I have very sensitive and acne prone skin, I've tried a bunch of moisturizers at a variety of prices, and this moisturizer is my ride or die (honestly, COSRX as a brand is my ride or die at this point). I use it at night as the last step of my very simple routine, and it genuinely does something magical to my skin. I still have a jar of CeraVe for /really/ dry skin days (where my skin is almost painfully tight) but even that is an addition to this product, not a replacement.

Are there more expensive moisturizers that do more? Yes.
Are there cheaper moisturizers that get the job done? Of course.
This one is just in a sweet spot for me in that it's affordable enough that I don't feel any type of way slathering it on when I need to but it's noticeably effective for my skin without any kind of irritation. Bonus points for being completely scentless.

I will add, the texture might put some people off, it's thick and gooey and doesn't absorb very fast. Depending on the amount used it could sit like a facemask for a long while. It's definitely a nighttime routine product.

If anyone on this planet ever told me I would willingly apply snail mucus to my own face I would laugh at them. My daughter convinced me and I first had to get over the sensory issues-it’s an awkward texture, but actually smells really good. I was conflicted. 🤗 I eventually placed my fingertips in the jar and brought out a wee bit of slime (yes, slime). I gradually placed it in spots on my face, then more confidently smoothed it over my cheeks. I loved the way it’s applied and felt. Now I use it every night. I also bought the separate eye serum. Love that, too.

I’m not usually a big weeny but whenever I dip into the jar and pull out my hand it’s like snot. lol. New beauty products usually take 3-6 weeks to see any results so I’ll be reviewing this again later.

My skin is combination since my late 50’s to now at 60. Could be hormones or not drinking enough water to remove the toxins. Oily areas, regular and very dry areas on my face and neck.

Not sure if the acne like breakouts are a normal part of aging but I’m also breaking out almost immediately after using my hairspray. Tresemme now has a vinyl ingredient and I know it’s partly due to it.

Snail mucin seems to absorb within 20 minutes or so. I allow it to absorb before applying makeup so I don’t have a mess. Also using it on my breasts. My skin does look dewy after applying but does completely sink in. I have had my husband apply it to my upper back after I use a tiny bit of tresseme hairspray & subsequent breakouts w/burning & itchy welt type pimples. Seemed to help immediately. Yes, I’m going to stop using the hairspray. Looking for vintage hairspray online to buy.

No fragrance , texture is thick & slimy, easy to apply with no sticky or oily after affects. Skin drinks it in. Used it during my anti cellulite muscle scrubbing/scraping which works quite well due to the slick texture when first applied. Very good product for the anti cellulite treatment while using the edge of my wooden scrub brush to drag hard across all the areas w/cellulite like legs, butt and stomach. I usually do my treatments while in the tub but this makes the wooden brush edge slide easily & allows me to really drag it over the areas w/cellulite w/o sticking. Feels so good to do it too! See a big improvement with much less cellulite and more muscle relaxation.

57 years old - aging dull combination skin that has uneven texture and fine lines. After reading all the hype and noticing my young adult daughters all use this, I purchased this hoping for a miracle youth cream in a jar!

I have been a bit lazy about skin care over the years, so am now sticking to the following basic 4-step process: Cleanser - Toner - Mucin Power Essence serum - Advanced Snail 92 Moisturizing Cream. Once or twice a week, I will also use an exfoliator as step 3 (after the toner and before the snail mucin).
If I want to use an additional eye cream for the fine lines, I apply the snail mucin (just a couple of pumps) with my fingertips, let it sit on my face for a few minutes, apply eye cream, and then finish off with the moisturizer for the rest of my face/neck area.

It is a whitish goopy cream with a slightly thinner consistency than many anti-aging whipped night creams - but thicker than a serum. It goes on easily but leaves a faint shine on my skin. It absorbs well into my skin after about 15-20 mins and does not feel tacky or sticky. Thankfully there is absolutely no smell to it.

I prefer to use this at night before bed because I personally dont like to apply daytime makeup after several different layers of serums and moisturizing creams. I am using it in combination with the mucin essence serum on my face, neck and hands also - it is too soon to say if it is the miracle antiaging cream I was hoping for but certainly my skin feels hydrated and smoother since I started using it. No fading of a dark spot on my cheek yet but will update this review in a few weeks.

Like many has mentioned, this moisturizer has a bit of an odd, almost gooey texture. I don't detect any scent at all. The texture takes a bit getting used to. The moisturizer absorbs very quickly into the skin. The thing to keep in mind is that a little goes a long way. The texture of the moisturizer means that it may take a bit of time to learn how much moisturizer your skin needs per application. Take your time to learn. It's worth it. My skin does look more dewey when I use this moisturizer, especially when I use it in conjunction with the cleanser. My skin also feels calmer during the day.

And I've tried so many moisturizers, Consistency is just like in the promo video.
It made my skin so nice and plump. Since it's so hydrating and soothing, I feel it's calming down the redness also (rosacea - not fully, but it helps).
Best part - once it's absorbed, it doesn't leave the skin sticky at all.
Completely worth the price, and hope it will continue to be available here on Amazon.

I am 35 and I bought this product in the hopes of getting rid of the lines on my forehead as well as attaining firmer skin in general. I use a collagen cleansing foam (k beauty product as well) in the morning then I follow it up with this. The cream is transparent and very runny but once you learn to apply it it is great. Also, there is a lot in the container and a small amount goes a long way so it is worth the price. The lines on my forehead are less visible, and my dry skin is very well-hydrated now. I might add some hyaluronic acid to this routine to target the lines even more however I believe this cream works on its own if you are similar age/skin type.
