I've used these and the other, more expensive brand that's about $10 more for the same amount of capsules. These seem to work just as well. There's an amazing difference in my skin when I take these - I take 2 in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 in the evening right before going to bed. This completely resolved my eczema and also resolved my brother's psoriasis. It didn't take very long to resolve these skin issues either - only about a week.
S acetyl glutathione is by far the most convenient way to increase your level of glutathione. The liposomal form is fine but if your liver is really clogged, or you have an innate sensitivity to sulfur, you may find you react better to these than the liposomal version. At least that was the case for me.
