Bottle seemed partially used, but I love this face wash.
I really love this face wash and have been using it for many years. I found out that I can Subscribe & Save to it on Amazon so this has been a game changer for me.I was looking for a face wash that did more than cleansing. I needed something that scrubs and has some exfoliates in it that did not use plastic microbeads. I was happy that Neutrogena doesn't use plastic microbeads anymore. The scrub is nice -- fine and gritty. The exfoliators do feel a bit grainy but I like it. It does the job without feeling like I'm wiping my face with sandpaper. The scent is also really pleasant. I can't describe it, but it smells really clean. The face wash also gets a bit foamy so I feel like I am really washing my face. It also doesn't make my skin feel super dry like some other face washes do. For the price and value, I've been sticking to this one.I was a little disappointed with the product when it arrived though. It looked like half the container was empty, and there wasn't a plastic seal on it. Not sure if this was previously used, but I really hope my next order doesn't arrive like this or I may have to cancel my subscription and just purchase this at the store the old fashion way.
