I ordered these because my family loves playing games together and I have wanted a giant tumbling blocks for a long time. I definitely wouldn't call these giant... maybe large would be a better word. They are significantly larger than a regular Jenga block, but not as big as I was expecting. However, the dimensions are listed and it was my fault for not double checking. I know a lot of people complain about them not being bigger, but I think the size they are makes them much more portable than some of the bigger versions I've seen. It would be really easy to pack this game up and take it camping or to whatever get together you're having. I agree that some of the blocks are difficult to get out, but it wasn't enough of them to create a huge issue. I smoothed out the rough blocks and haven't had any trouble since. Also, two extra blocks are included to add height -- it says that in the description. I don't know why so many people thought they were missing a piece.

I have been looking for a giant Jenga and this is perfect. Each piece is sanded and very smooth. Others claimed to be giant but when you check out the size of the pieces they were much smaller. My husband and son-in-law had a competition and it truly does get to be 5 ft tall.

I purchased this game to keep the adults entertained at a Halloween party we were hosting. I was debating if I should pay extra for the Jenga branded version but I'm glad I didn't spend $50 more. This was perfect for our needs. I liked that each of the timbers were sanded and slightly beveled for a smoother edge and feel. To make it more accessible, I placed the set on a child's Lifetime 24" x 24" folding table which was about 22" off the ground -- the height worked perfectly. Everyone had a blast playing with this game and it was soon taken over by the younger kids. My sister has a much larger set but I actually prefer this size better as it's safer if toddlers / younger children are playing with it. Putting this away is a bit of a challenge because it fits in the nylon carrying case like a glove. So, take note how it's stored when you receive it to make it easier to put it pack up. We are very happy with our purchase and know it will provide a lot of fun for years to come.
