I LOVE this!!!!! I have had the same Keurig for probably 10 years. Well I became obsessed with iced coffee and my old one obviously doesn't make that! I bought this and haven been to Starbucks or Dunkin donuts since. I got creative with my frother too and make my own sweet cream. It makes iced or hot, but I make iced mostly. It also is not big and bulky, so it doesn't take up a ton of space on my counter. I bought the white one and it has a nice pearly finish so it wipes off really easily!

The keurig is very easy to use and to keep clean. Its simplicity in design also looks great constantly sitting on the countertop. The gray color is an excellent blend for a stainless steel kitchen.

This iced coffee keurig is far superior to the basic individual serving keurig for the simple reason that you can make more cups in less time. Not only does each cup take only about a minute to make (vs 2.5 minutes per cup with the basic keurig), the water carafe can hold enough water to make three individual cups, so you can make one cup right after another before needing to refill the water. This is a worthy quality if you have guests who want their own unique coffee flavor.

The keurig is definitely more expensive than a traditional coffee maker when factoring in the cost of all the coffee pods throughout the keurig’s lifetime. However, the keurig is still much cheaper than the “star” coffee shops.

Cons:
The tank sensor is a diva! If there isn't enough water in the tank to select from *every* size, it won't make *any* size. I had 9oz left in there, and it refused. It would be a nice improvement if it allowed you to still make the smallest drink size if you wanted. Tank design is a little awkward to put back on the machine.

Pros:
Brews really fast. I like having both the "strong" and "iced" settings to chose from. Still compatible with older refillable pods, if you've invested in those, like I have. Slim counter footprint compared to old models.

I pride myself in the research I do before buying much of what I buy. Customer comments are a huge influence for me. This Keurig looks great in white especially! I followed all the instructions and after my first sip, I noticed it wasn't hot. If I were to add cream, I would have to use the microwave the coffee. It tried making coffee three times. Each time the coffee was the same; it just wasn't hot enough. I don't remember anyone listing this issue with this specific coffee maker so I was so disappointed. I wanted a Keirig for YEARS! It was a complete fail 😭
