I just received the batteries so I cannot ascertain their longevity. The problem I had is that the first one out of the package was dead. I purchased these to put into smoke detectors, the bi-annual battery replacement. I made a rash discussion to replace the smoke detector instead of thinking the battery was the problem. Come to find out the voltage reading of 8.5 was lower than the battery I took out of said smoke detector of 9.34. So I took the time to check the rest of the batteries and they all read a healthy 10 plus volts. One bad apple cost me a few extra bucks.
