My five star rating is relative to price. You will not mistake this for a $1000 chair, but for the price, it's pretty decent.
The chair arrived well packed, zero damage, and all the parts were all there. In keeping with some other posts, it probably took me 45 minutes to unpack and assemble. Also in keeping with other posts, the arms were the hardest, mostly in getting the bolts lined up and threaded. Everything else was relatively easy. Instructions were at an absolute minimum, but adequate if you take the time to lay out the parts and compare them to the parts diagram.
The chair does not recline into a bed, but the recline angle is more than adequate for me. I actually like the release handle with positive stops. You don't have to use your abs to hold the chair in a given position. Padding is adequate for comfort, but it is not a "cushy" chair. The height of the seat was just fine for me, but I can see it being a problem for people with mobility issues as it is low.
Looks, again relative to price, are quite good. It's a very nice looking chair.
Unless it develops issues, I would buy it again.

Typical Chinese Quality
Be aware of you get what you pay for. I bought two chairs, and both had several scratches on the wood bases for both chair and ottoman. Another issue was the holes didn't line up at all where the chair back and seat bolt together. Took two of us to wrestle with it. Dont forget, Made in China. I knew this when I made the purchase. On the bright side, I did get them together and with a trip to Lowes, I was able to hide the scratches. I'm 6 foot and do just fine in it.
