I made my mom's sausage egg and cheese casserole with this cheese and sourdough instead of Kraft grated cheese and Wonder bread, and oh wow, an elevated breakfast casserole. My mom now makes it with Tillamook and sourdough as well. Will never go back to a different grated cheese.
