I have been training and taking imported protein for a long time and I have tried mostly all the best known international brands so I know what I’m talking about. The way to know if the protein works is the next day u don’t feel muscle soreness (that pain that u feel the next day if u don’t take protein), which means that ur muscles are still recovering from ur previous workout. This protein worked. Beginners can start with half a scoop and build up. It does make the stomach a little uneasy sometimes. So drink lots of water. I didn’t have any muscle soreness from the first day onwards after taking this. It’s got very few calories (per scoop) so it’s not filling like other proteins, and is absorbed quite fast and u can expect to be hungry again after about 45-60 minutes. Flavor is great and for those that say it’s very sweet, just add more water (it’s such a minor issue, I don’t know why whine about it). When shaken in a shaker it gives a lot of froth, almost like beer but if u wait for about 5 min, it settles and u can then consume. I ordered the Blueberry flavor which was great and refreshing.     I am a regular user of this frotein whey and I m very fond of its taste and mixebility and reasonable price, I was shocked when I had the first scoop from this new pack, it was nowhere similar to what I was used to it tasted so bitter and bad and I was damn sure that I got a fake product, untill I verified it and got to know that its a genuine product. I will never buy this product again.

    Flavour was ok, mixability was good but i can’t keep this protein in my stack as a daily go to around the year.
    Mango flavour goes really well in mango shake, i just loved the mango shake with this protein in summers, the only reason i give 3 stars rest other flavours are average, i didn’t like lichee at all, pathetic, orange mango was also good but couldn’t add it with any shake or smoothie.

    Everything is okay, but company should include a scoop inside the package,

    Now It is very hard to measure the accurate amount of Protein, and also its hard to find the scoop in market to purchase 🙂

    It tastes great and was easy on the stomach. Did not have any acidic or burping issues or the full feeling.

    Does not mix easily with just a spoon. It is tastier with milk. But it will get curdled if the milk is warm or hot.

    I hope it is beneficial to muscle growth ( there is no way to know it !!). Mango flavour is tasty but has a higher citric flavour. Blueberry was good.
