This machine is great for those of us who don’t want to stir constantly as the water heats and boils to make good Turkish coffee. The only thing is it’s easy to forget which button to push first - Ember or No of cups but once you get the sequence Ember first and then no of cups — it makes very decent coffee. Advice: pour coffee and sugar before water and don’t forget to stir well before placing pot into electric warmer.

Turkish coffee has been part of my daily routine for years. It’s a great coffee drink except having to clean the stove almost every other time because of poor timing on my side leading traditional pot to flood after boiling . I saw this product or similar one Orin recent trip to Turkey in very busy Turkish coffee shop. It was great taste and I couldn’t tell the difference from the traditional pot. My only take is I wish they had the option to keep the coffee warm after it’s made. you have to take it and drink it right away when the machine beeps ready before it starts cooling and lose the froth.
