    The battery is fully charged, it says 100% charge, which should measure 54.6 volts when connecting it to the bike, but it is 50.5 volts, however, I use it normally without paying attention to it, and when it reaches 30% charge, the battery turns off the bike and it doesn't turn on anymore

    So awesome so I’ll try to write a review that can actually be posted as my previous reviews have been taken down now in regards to this product & my experience with this brand being so super great the battery is awesome it lets my bike go a whole 2 miles before needing to be charged it’s so great & no one ever tried to bribe me to change my review because this company is so awesome I would give them 6 stars if I could - 7 even thank you for the really great battery and customer service is great they told me how to fix it so the ignition switch works thank you so much I just needed to take it apart and solder the ignition wires to the key super great product

    Instead of ordering additional spare 7.6 Ah battery from Lectric, ordered the 410 length 10.4 Ah battery here. Perfect fit for Lectric Lite and adds additional PAS 1 range extension from 40 miles to approx 55, which Lectric does not currently offer for the "Lite" version, only for the XP 2.0 and 3.0 Did 35 miles today on PAS 2, with 5 miles on PAS 3, into 10 -15 mph headwind with 240 lb rider and still had 3 out of 10 bars left on power meter. Would have killed the 7.6 Ah. Thrilled with this "upgrade".

    The original battery that came with the E-Bike that I purchased from Amazon, had exactly the same problem
    The E-bike manufacture gave me a discount on the E-bike to purchase a new Battery, both batteries looks exactly the same, probably made by The sam Battery manufacture, this seller has been finding so may excuses not to take responsibility for a defective product, because of the battery problem I have been deprived from my usual bile rides for all he months, my Bike odometer shows that I only have 1020 Kilometer total, from 2 batteries, in 18 months. please refund my money so I can purchase a new battery.

    Update: I've ridden little over 30 miles before needing to charge. This is on a 500 watt fat tire eBike which weighs with a rack/bag on it and a 87 pounds and 205 pound me. I'm pleasased with my purchase, the battery lockout can be fixed by me. I've received 2 videos from the seller and Customer Service was great. Side note if you want the battery with the key lock out contact seller before ordering and they will do it for you I was told.

    It seems to be an decent battery except for 2 things as stated in the title the key doesn't lock the battery out/off as the original battery does so you can power it on and ride off, second the charger is way to small with a single small fan to keep it cool while changing, I used my original charger which is twice the size with dual fans. It charged fine. I give an update on how the battery performed as I ride and check it against the original smaller battery.
