My favorite thing to do is pre-fill the boxes with workouts I plan on doing that day. It doesn't even necessarily need to be in order, as the boxes are big enough to draw small numbers next to the workouts to indicate which order I did them in.
I also LOVE that there's a section specifically for my goals, as well as a place I can jot down notes on all the exercises I perform. The built-in bookmark is a great touch too!
I can also attest to its sturdiness, as I have already accidentally stepped on it multiple times with the only repercussion being the page got dirty from my shoe.

-It has a couple of blank pages for notes.
- one page with a 6 month calendar on which I use stickers to mark when I have completed goals.
- last page opposite the calendars is a place for body measurements and a small box for professional records.
In a perfect world this is what I would change. I would love a place to put the total time and the total calorie count each day. And I would love one more cardio line and two more goal pages. I did not deduct a star for this because I was unable to find a journal that did have these these things and also had the other qualities I was looking for and if it doesn't exist it didn't seem fair.

結果SHILA STORE JPという出品者から購入しましたがちゃんと届きました。1週間くらいかかりました。アメリカ発送のようです。
若干角が曲がっていたりしましたが書店でもこれくらいはよくあるレベルで特に問題ありません。
紙面は商品画像の通りで最初に2、3ページで目標とか月ごとの達成出来た出来ないのページがあり、あとは120ページ全部トレーニングのページです。
余計なトレーニングのウンチクとか全くいらなかったのでその点は期待通りでした。
ただ英語のレビューでもある通りちょっと紙質がチープに感じる。100均とまでは言わないが3coinなら買えそう。無印良品の方がいいものありそう。
他方表紙裏表紙の厚紙はバキバキに頑丈なので手持ちでも書きやすい。
トータルして5000円の価値は微妙なところだが私個人の要求は十分満たしているので満足です。
出来れば日本の出品者出て欲しいなぁ。
I'm able add all my exercises, track everything I need to and forces me to be use proper overload. Also, it's kind of therapeutic to just sit down everyday and write out the next day's workout program to mentally get your prepped and hyped.
Just to give you an idea for anyone with "different" training goals: I currently have goals relating to the front lever, rings muscle-up, handstand push-up, planche, one-arm handstand, squats, deadlifts, over-head press, middle splits, pancake, and back-bend. All of these translate perfectly to the book in their respective mesocycles (every 6 pages in the book for me is one microcycle).
Wish I got something like this sooner....I would have progressed much further.
