Directions

One bottle marinates 8.5 lbs of meat. Marinate pieces of chicken or pork for 30 minutes or longer. Grill both sides by flipping continuously to avoid burning.

Marinate chicken thighs for 1-12 hours in the fridge. Lightly char both side of the chicken on a very hot grill. Base chicken with more sauce. Reduce the heat and cook until temp hits 165. Delicious! I throw lots of dried lemongrass stalks in with the marinade also.

I have lived in and visited Korea off and on for the last 20 years.

I have been cooking Korean food (over 100 recipes) during that time.

This is a good sauce. It isn't as complex as making it yourself, but it is a good, no time substitute.

I have tried about 10 different bottled sauces and this is by far the best on the market. It is not sickly sweet, and by using a little more than suggested it can be as hot as you want it to be.

I guess the best compliment I can give it is that it is the best of all the bottles sauces available.
