This is my new favorite way to open a bottle of wine. It's definitely something to splurge on if you come into a bit of extra cash, and it's worth every penny. I got mine in Olive wood, which is pale and classy and gorgeous. It's built to the precision and quality you can expect from Victorinox, where all of the tools and implementations open and close smoothly.
The corkscrew is much larger than the one you'll find on standard 91mm Swiss Army Knives, and includes a 2-position prop to give you some leverage to yank out your wine cork. There's also a bottle opener, a curved, serrated foil cutter, and an enormous locking blade. The only thing I would change about this is the button lock, which is made from plastic. I'd honestly be okay if this were a simple slip-joint and the shield were engraved into the handle.
Overall, this is a perfect, luxury wine opener I'm proud to use.
