The color is different???

The color is different???
I’m not sure why the color is different? I used to the pale color one. Not sure is it over heat? Or are they put artificial color to enhance the color now? But not listed on the ingredient. The two brown color one are expire in June 2025. The pale color one is expire in September 2025. I am really confused. I will return the deep color one, since I use them in my cocktail, the pale one will not change color of my clear cocktail drink. But I have not tasted the brown color yet though
Thank you for your feedback
