A very surprising book as enjoyable to read as an adult to a young child with the added bonus that the illustrator skillfully created pictures. The young children enjoyed the message encouraging saving in a humourour way that also prompted them to describe the colourful characters and scenery. For this age group it seems that we have a possible classic that is re-read many times. Very glad I purchased this book and would definitely recommend it to others. Very well done.

He likes the story about two contrasting siblings and really enjoys looking at the pictures, always finding some new funny details in the wonderful illustrations. The style reminded us a little of Axel Scheffler of The Gruffalo fame - quirky, original, colourful and immersive.

Highly recommend this book for children and picture book fans!
