Ordered on a Tuesday night, item arrived Wednesday early evening the next day. Thank you Amazon Prime! Item arrived quickly and in good condition. I received 6 regular mouth lids, 6 regular mouth silicone gaskets, 6 wide mouth lids, and 6 wide mouth silicone gaskets. The fit and finish are good and the lids came in 6 assorted colors for both sizes. The plastic has a matte finish on the top side, and the bottom side has a smooth finish. All the edges were clean and smooth with no damage or any plastic burrs leftover from manufacturing. The silicone gaskets were cut to exact size and fit the lids perfectly. The gaskets help create an airtight seal with no leaks and are easy to remove for cleaning. The plastic itself is thin but not too thin, and is quite stiff/sturdy. As long as you are not going out of your way to abuse the plastic it should hold up well.
I was cleaning out my kitchen cabinets and found lots of Ball and Kerr vintage mayo jars and peanut butter jars with rusted metal lids. I also have some newer canning jars that I wanted one piece plastic lids for. This combo pack of lids was perfect for my needs and helped me give new life to some vintage jars. After replacing all the lids I still have 3 or 4 to spare as back up or I can use them on any additional jars I add. I make a lot of Raw Milk Kefir and the occasional sauerkraut and wanted plastic air tight lids since they are non-reactive, won't rust and won't pick up any odors. This was a good value combo pack. I wish they sold this 12 lid combo pack in all white as I would have opted for that, but I don't mind the assorted colored lids either.
