This is not a high quality multitool but for the money, it is great and I'm happy with mine. Opening and closing the outside tools is rough. If you open one of the outside tools, sometimes it drags the others open as well. Which is just as well because the knife on mine slips down so you can't get your thumb nail into the nail nick to open it. So I have to start opening the one of the others to get to the knife. The pliers stick and one side always stays closed until you really put it.
But this tool does the job! The metal on the knife is obviously low quality but I'm not carving intricate sculptures, it's for the occasional opening a package or cutting some twine or whatever. It's light, it fits in the watch pocket of your jeans and has a bunch of tools on it. Why not?!? Yes, you can get higher quality tools in a similar size for $10 - $75 right here on Amazon, but this one will do a good 90% of the work they will. They are definitely better quality, but if you know what you are getting into when you buy this, I definitely recommend it.

[Update after 14days] But after a couple of weeks of playing with it multiple times a day the locking spring has loosened enough that opening the knife is acceptable.

[Original review]
The knife blade has a fingernail groove that normally should be accessible. But this multitool is poorly designed and the blade goes so far into the handle the groove is hidden making it impossible to pull the blade out. Had to grind the handle to allow access to the groove.

The flat metal spring used to keep the tools/blades in the open position is hard and the bottom of knife blade where it pivots has a diameter too large making it extremely hard to fully open the knife.

The Bovgero 15-in-1 Mini Multitool is an extremely low-priced multi-tool, so I was not expecting Leatherman quality. However, it’s one of those items that is of such poor quality that it is really not even worth the very low price that you pay for it.

The can opener comes without any sort of edge at all; the screwdrivers have slippery shiny ends that make them useless for actually turning screws, and the knife is extremely dull. Also, the torx screws that hold this multi-tool together are way over-tightened. (Of course, all of these issues can be fixed with whet stones, files and torx drivers… if you have the time, talent and tools).

The one marginally OK feature of this multitool is the pliers, which are a moderate improvement over my bare fingers for gripping and turning things. So, there’s that. If you look at this multi-tool as a very low cost pair of so-so mini folding pliers, then you might be happy.

I bought two of these Bovgeros, one to use, and one to give as a gift. However, I’m going to the return the one I planned to give as a gift (still unopened), since it’s just not something that I’d feel comfortable giving to someone… I’ll probably keep the Bovgero that I opened and use it to practice my blade shaping and sharpening skills. Basically, I’ll use the Bovgero that I keep as a sacrificial multi-tool to learn on before I try modding any of the more expensive multi-tools in my collection.

For about 2-3 times the price of this Bovgero, you can buy a decent multitool that is 4-6 times better, and still a fraction of the cost of the big name brands. To find such low-cost decent tools, please just search ” maxlvledc budget multitool” at your favorite online video site.

The review form for this Bovgero asked me to assign 1-5 stars to aspects such as “versatility”, “sturdiness” and “lock feature”. Strangely, there is NO lock feature on this Bovgero!!!

Also, it’s quite worrisome that the product description for this Bovgero states that “you can use this mini multi tool pliers to break the car windows during an emergency as a glass breaker.” Hmmm…. I wouldn’t recommend using such a small tool as a glass breaker unless you are truly in a “need to escape right now” situation, since there is a high likelihood that broken glass would end up damaging your hand and/or wrist.
