This thing is amazing, I have lost so much weight from using this i went to see my doctor she is very happy with my over all health, she says she would love to show me off to the others in her office if she could, I have lost 10 pounds in two weeks along with prayer, this is the best workout machine, i have used and is fun to workout on. I use it 45 minutes every day! My clothes are fitting better, omg my arms are getting in shape. someones review on here helped me to choose this, soooooooooooo happy that i did!
